Hello
Can you help me, please, with some contact details like name and address about the sender of this traking number? RS310479672CN. I made an online purchase 2 months ago and I have not recived my package. They even charged me with extra money and that wasn't stipulated anywere.
Now I can't access the site.

Sorry, this is for personal information, China Post doesn't provide it to others. So, I couldn't check it for you.

Don't worry too much about the package. It just left China on Dec. 8 and still in transit to Romania now. It usually takes 40-60 days to arrive to my experience. Wait more days to see. I'll help you track also. When it arrives, I'll let you know here.
