Did my seller rip me off for shipping?

Hello. I paid $32 USD for express transport to Canada through EMS. The package has left originating country and has been en route to Canada since May 18 and when I called EMS, they have no tracking information for my item.
My tracking number is #EB745282067CN
Did my seller rob me by charging for expedited shipping and pocketed the money? Or is my package lost?

Hi TonyaT,

EMS is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update. You can ask refund partially from the seller as the delivery is slow now.
