Did not receive my package

I did not recieve the package ordered. The carrier China Post said it was delivered but it was not. I am not sure it its stuck somewhere but I am corresponding with the order and following the logistics everyday. No package yet. Why did it said it was delivered to me and it was not. Please Help ASAP
