Didn’t receive my package

Why I didn’t receive my package LY873665048CN it was on its way to the United States Chicago,IL it went to Los Angeles CA international distribution center & somehow went back to it’s sender to Wuhan City, return the proper cast?

Wuhan City, Hubei Province international business Branchcross- border E- Commerce center business department to arrange delivery.

Hi Durcy75,

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on October 28. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible. The detailed reason should be check by seller through China Post directly. It's not clearly shown in tracking information.

The tracking company is 17track. It says that the package has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything.
