Didn't receive my package

Hi!
I didn't receive my package. I check the information on amazon and it shows that the package was delivered on Sep 26th, but I didn't receive any phone call or message on that day. Could you please check where is my package now?

Hi Charlotte Zhao,

In normal, if it's delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact amazon to get refund or your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
