Didn’t receive my parcel

My parcel tracking number is AS810622537CN. I ordered it 1 month ago and till 20th December it was showing first in-transit and then out for delivery and today on 26th December it’s saying successfully delivered but I haven’t received it and none of my neighbors. Therefore please look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible.

According to the tracking information, AS810622537CN was delivered on Dec.24. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, you need to use the number to check with Royalmail. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The tracking company is 17track. It says that the package has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything.
