Didn’t receive package

Hello,
Your app says the package was delivered yesterday.
We were here yesterday and nothing came. Also I checked the 7 cameras that cover the front porch and front yard.
Nothing shows up there either. I was told it would arrive in under 15 days and it’s already been 32 days.
I need to see about getting a refund.

Hi Monte,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The tracking company is 17track. It says that the package has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything.
