Didn't recieve package


I have been following the tracking of my package now for 28 days. Just today, it says that my package was delivered. However, it was not. My package must have been delivered to the wrong address. This is not fault on my end, so I would like to know what the next steps are? As in, how do I get my package at this point, or how to get a refund of my order. My wife, kids, and I were really looking forward to this specific delivery. I feel I have been very patient up to this point, but would now like some sore of reconciliation.

Hi Andy,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact the courier to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. You need to require the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) if you couldn't get it at last.

My package has been stuck in shanghai saying "Delivered by airline" for 17 days and i fear never being able to recieve it. Even with covid19 the delay is too much. Please help. Will i get my package? I would like an accurate estimate date for my peace of mind. The seller simply tells me to be patient and has ignored my concerns and questions so if i didnt recieve it i dont think ill get a refund. Please Please help.
