Can you confirm that delivery code RV957597815CN has been collected by China post from the sender and is due to be delivered and is not a false delivery label

I.E. is there a parcel on route?

my parcel SH9900118010YQ was delivered to Hamburg 22179 on 26.06.2025 at 10:31. I did not receive any message about the parcel's arrival at the post office. Please inform me to which postal agency the parcel was delivered (Hermes Deutschland, Deutsche Post, DPD), where should I look for my parcel?

Dear Customer Service Team,

is it possible to send an international parcel to a post office? A friend of mine is studying in Xi'an at the moment. She lives in the dormitory of the university. Unfortunately she don't have any information about receiving parcel directly at the university.

The parcel would be send with DHL from Germany. As far as my research goes, it would be handed over for delivery to China Post as soon as it arrives in the People's Republic of China.

Would it be possible to send the parcel to one of your post offices near by, so she could pick it up there?

And if so, would she need to register at the post office before?

I have read through your FAQs but have’t really found any issues similar to it. If you could give me any information about this topic, it would be really appreciated.
