EA222697297CN arrived damaged -how do I get a replacement?

I purchased a reverse painted crystal ball on the Viking vessel Emerald. It arrived in Portland, Maine ok, but the wooden stand was broken, apparently in transit. I have photos of the damage. Please advise as to how I can get a replacement stand. Thank you.

You should contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask for them to send a new one to you or give you compensation.
