Seriously?! It's been 6 days and you tell me it's still waiting for airline space? EMS STATES ITS ALR ON THE PLANE AND I FIND IT'S STILL WAITING FOR SPACE ELSEWHERE. I need this package in Singapore by Friday, wtf is this

To my experience, you couldn't get it by Friday. You have hope to get it by the next Friday.

Hi Daisy,
You wrote back to my first question that my parcel is stuck in Dublin but it’s not in Dublin at all.
I have contacted the mail centre in Dublin and customs office and they both confirmed via email that this package was never received.
This is very bad nobody can tell me where it is.
