My package is still undelivered. It says because of the failed delivery attempt. What should I do? Help , it's been in my city for a long time! What do I do? How will I get them to deliver it to me again!

You need to contact China Post to confirm your address and ask for a re-delivery. Their service number is 11183 (then 8 for English service).

Or, if you could speak Chinese, contact the postman who delivered it to you. His phone number is 18853160211.
