Find an missing Item or another tracking Number

Hello! Im trying to find my item with number AS750315511CN from China to Bulgaria. The tracking says that its delivered but its not. Its says that more than a month is in Bulgaria, but none of the post service companies find this item with this number in the systems. I would like to know if there is a really shipped item to Bulgaria and where can I find it here. Or maybe its a scam from the site and I didnt buy anything real? Thank you.

Is there a way to find which post service is in charge for Bulgaria? Is it possible to know if this is a real number or fake? I tried to contact the seller, but with no success and the only possible way is by e-mail. In Facebook they even block me so I can´t send messages or make comments.
According to the tracking information, AS750315511CN was delivered on April 30. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
