Hi Newy84,

The package issn ot normal. In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have been going through hell trying to find my package that is suppose to be shipped to me by China Post 3 weeks ago and I was suppose to get the package 2 days after I ordered it and I can not seem to figure out how to track it through you guys I can't even call to talk to someone cause I can't find a number to contact you guys.
