Hi Entienne,

We couldn't give you the letter proving that my parcel has been returned to the sender. China Post also couldn't provide it to you. You can get tracking information from our site.

Good afternoon my parcel it was successful delivered,but is no where to be found, I've contacted my neighbours, checked with everyone on the building and no one received it. Can you please help me with this subject as I'm waiting for this parcel since since December 2022. I'm getting very frustrated and I'm starting to realised that I was scammed. If this is a case that someone used one of your reference numbers, China Post must act towards the instigators, that may cause damage to your good name.
