It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the Greece after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Exact same problem ordered a jacket for €150 off Ali exspress if it makes you feel better I’m so stupid seller seemed sketchy the delivery said 5-12 days obviously that wasn’t the case

Good morning. How can you tell when a package has not been shipped and the seller just created a ticket to scam the client? Can you check if the package has really been shipped? I assume you weight the packages before shipping. Mine weights about 70kg. Could you check that please. Thank you very much
