Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit

Hi, My order status says and “Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit" for a while now. My seller said it would arrive soon but I still haven't recieved it. The EMS tracking is #EB742214068CN. Can you please let me know what is going on?

Hi Anna,

EMS is slow at present. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
