My item has been in transit for days and there is no update since 7th December.

Tracking error
A tracking error message appears for the order number you are querying. There may be the following reasons:
The carrier's tracking interface may be unavailable or busy.
The carrier's network is unstable and sudden network access errors occur.
Network access instability occurs and most carriers resume normal access within a few hours. You can click on the error to check it or check it again later. If an interface error occurs, it will take several days to resolve before normal queries can be performed.
It usually takes about 30-60 days to be deilvered. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
