Tracking number AS810773777CN shows delivered but did not receive. I checked with neighbors and courier as suggested but no one seems to know anything about it.

According to the tracking information, AS810773777CN was delivered on Dec.21. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
