Help me find my parcel(LA102485392CN) that I’ve been waiting for 4months!!

With regards to my tracking number, LA102485392CN, up till now I have yet to receive it. It states that my order is still in Shenzhen. I ordered on the 13th of April 2020. The seller said due to Covid19 so I have to patiently wait. Why is it that with other companies from China, I am able to receive my items normally as per stated? The seller is not doing anything and do not want to give me back my money. Plsss look into this matter. I want my item!

Hi Rohani,

You couldn't get it. According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
