help with parcel recovery

Good afternoon!
My name is Paulo and I returned a parcel on 14 March this year.
The parcel was sent from Portugal by the CTT courier service to China and was registered under shipping number RT150963305PT.
After many complaints with the seller, I see that the parcel has been held up since 29 May by China Post.
I would like to get my parcel back. I've already contacted my country's postal service and can't get any help.
The parcel is registered to Paulo Passinhas, address Rua Filipe dos Santos nº 28 1º esq. postal code 7005-336 Évora - Portugal .
The tracking number is RT150963305EN and it was sent by CTT serviço de correios de Portugal.
I'm asking for help to get my parcel back.
