Hey, my package has been in transit for sometime now, I’m wondering where it is?

It’s being nearly 20 days since it’s last been updated. And I have no idea if it’s arriving soon or even next month. Where is my package please. LZ690013050CN

Hi Abdul,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on March 7 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

On the 5th of March, I had an update telling me my package was handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit. It is now the ninth and I have had no updates. I was originally receiving updates often. Just wondering if this is a normal process or something is not being updated. I ordered my package on the 4th of March. It is meant to be with me before the 14th of March according to my original, but overall just wondering if it is usual for there to be a gap after "anded over to Forwarding Agent for Transit." Thanks.
