How do I track my parcel that I never received?

I have a parcel I have been looking for. Status states delivered and signed for I never recieved anything and definitely DID NOT sign for it. Canada Post has no record of anything and it was supposed to be delivered to my PO BOX. My tracking number from your company is AS029389732N. Could someone please assist me with locating this.
