Hello, I've been tracking a package sent to China that I have to receive, and it's been stuck on the same status since sept 27th, before the National Holiday. Now I checked again and there's a "等待用户缴税" that wasn't there before, although it says it's dated sept 27th...
I translated that and it means it's waiting for me to pay, How do I even make a payment for this package?? Help please!!

If you are the receiver, you can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
If you are the sender, you can use WeChat to finish payment. Just download WeChatm sign up and then search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then click '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay and finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.
