USPS priority international express package EC910067338US is being held at Xiamen EMS customs since June 8th. Package receiver is in Jinjiang City. Would you be able to contact me or the receiver so the package can be released to the receiver? Thank you!

Hi, my tracking number is CH106595075US. My package has arrived at Guangzhou and be held by the custom since 09/07/20. I had forgotten to put the recipient's number on the box. Is there a phone number the recipient can call or will he be contact by the custom regarding the package? Thank you!
