It may need the recipient to pay for the tax. You'd better contact the recipient in China to let him check if he has received a notice about how to get it.

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.
