China Post offers ePacket service but don't accept you send parcels there directly. They only accept those who have made orders online.

As far as I know, you should open your epacket account on ebay from this page: http://shippingtool.ebay.cn/

Then, after you have some orders, you can print the waybill. You can also set your delivery way: pick up by China post at your door or send parcels by yourself to the post office.

In addition, there are many express agencies offering ePacket service. The price may be a little lower than what China Post offers because they usually offers some discount. You are suggested to find a reliable express company in Xiamen to do it for you. You can seek advice from other sellers on ebay in their forum I think. I find two contact numbers:18150379081 and 13696926292. You can ask if they could do it for you and the price.
