I am wondering what is wrong with this parcel. It is with this status for more than a month CHINA, DONGGUAN, Send item abroad (EDI-received) 2019-10-19 10:00

It left China on October 20 and is still en route to Bulgaria now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. Please wait for more days to see.

Shipment stuck in China Post from 57 days (1 reply)

I am waiting for my shipment number UT891206896CN to arrive to the destination country; Pakistan. This shipment is stuck with NINGBO POST OFFICE- CHINA from last 57 days and not moving further. I have tried contacting China Post several times over the phone, but unfortunately the only person who could talk in English says that my problem can only be solved by another department where no English speaker is available. I am almost lost with such a huge delay (2 months almost). It is a huge disappointment.
