I been waiting for my order why not here yet ?

I order my item January 12 and now it been 15 day already I extended the time for it too come but because of Chinese New Year I think everything is delay I was wondering why my order doesn’t have a update since January 15 and when would be or be here can you please let me know what wrong with Ems tracking
