I believe I may have been scammed

I have a parcel(?) that has not been delivered sitting at GUANGZHOU. tracking number is LX212560918CN and has been sitting there for in excess on 1 month. PayPay continue to "Investigate" but no answers or product.
Can you assist please.

It's delayed in China for a long time. I suggest you wait for more days to get update.
