Hi Elizabeth Stoney,

Your package was shipped on Feb. 14 and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

I have received a tracking code from the seller "LY7590562001416CN" which I have no clue if it's genuine or not since they didn't mention on what platform I can track my order. After loads of research, I found out that the seller could have used this company to have shipped my item due to the (CN) code at the end however I haven't been successful to use the code to track my package at all.

Hello,

I try to track my order in your website and put the tracking no., but i notce that I always get wrong vericification code. Is there problem in your website? because my first packet is everything smooth. and since last week i try to track my other packet then i always recieved a message that "Wrong verfication code! Please check and enter it again"
