I ordered a small dupe purse from DHGate on April 8th, 2024. It’s been a few weeks since I had gotten the last update, which was on May 2nd, 2024. My package ID is: UU579156867CN. Can someone tell me where it’s located overseas?

Can you tell what does delivered to carrier mean it has been showing this status for more than a month now.

I have ordered a package since 07/20/24 and still waiting. I contacted the seller and told them to let me know what is going on. They said they were looking into it but no more contact. I was shipped from Shanghai China. What do I do? I already asked for my package or a refund. Still waiting for either one.
