I can’t track my package with FedEx because I never got a FedEx tracking number

My package was sent from China and is at the Bloomington, California FedEx facility according to an email from the supplier. I only have a China tracking number: 3A5V531932047. FedEx doesn’t recognize this number. I don’t Want my package sent back to the supplier. The email says my package is at BLOOMINGTON, Arrived at FedEx location 2020-09-01 09:29. It’s been there 4 days. How can I get my package?
