Urgent need

2 of my boxes from one order have been in customs clearance for over a week.

FEDEX AWB: 391420714619 and 391420714961.

Please can you let me know ASAP why there is a delay because FEDEX have said they do not have a release code from customs.

It's sent by Fedex. You need to contact Fedex customer service to get a solution about it.
