I did not receive my order, though shows as 'delivered' in China Post tracking

I ordered a golf bag from Quiltop. When I enter the tracking number into China Post's tracking system, it shows the package was delivered to my address. I was NOT delivered. What should I do?

Hi James Roberson,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello,

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
