My tracking number is AT526048066CN and my address is 11 Beale Court, Scory Close, Crawley, England, RH11 8NU . I have ordered something and i’m not going to be home for the time it’ll be delivered as i’m on holiday, no one else will be home so could they either put it in the letter box or can I send it to another address with a different post code

I was just notified that a package had been sent to me a few weeks ago. It arrived to Shanghai one week ago but has been sent to my home address instead of my work address, so every time they attempt to deliver there is no one at home. I would like to amend the address and get the package delivered to my work address. I have tried to contact via phone (11185) but all information is in Chinese and I cannot get through to English-speaking staff.
