I didn't receive my package, and the departure of the airline was in 6 Jan so I wonder why?
the tracking number is LE598554022CN

Hi,
I haven't received my package. The last update was on 2 Dec 2019 that it was leaving the Hangzhou International Small Package Collection Center.

Could you provide me with an update as to where my package is now? The tracking number is UW217135387CN.
