I did not receive the parcel but it showed that the parcel was delivered on 27th October. My family were at home on that day, they said no delivery on that day. Even the security did not receive any parcel either.

Sorry, we could only see it was delivered on October 27. If you don't receive it, you need to require the seller open a case to China Post to check it for you in time.
