It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program(微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.

I'm emailing because there haven't been any updates on my package for 9 days, and it hasn't updated to say that the airline has received it/shipped it. It was posted 10 working days ago, so I'm a little worried as your website says that to Europe, you expect it to take 5 working days, or at most 3-7, but it has been longer than that....

Hi,
My parcel LO537269514CN has been in LO537269514CN since 3rd December with no further update. The website I ordered this from gave no indication the parcel was from China, in fact their website said my parcel would be delivered in 8 working days. I have emailed the retailer multiple times with no response. Could you provide an update to the parcel's location and whether this is likely to be delivered before Christmas as intended. I ordered this on 27th November.
