I don't know where is my parcel

Hi I'm Sayeed from dubai and I'm waiting for my small packet parcel more than 25days till now I didn't receive ,when I'm tracking it is says shanghai pudong let to next transit that was 10days back and now there is no updating regarding my parcel so please I need to know where is my parcel and my tracking number is RS293436096CN

Your parcel left China on Nov. 16 and now still in transit to UAE. It usually takes 20 to 30 days to arrive. You need to wait. There will be update in tracking system once it's in UAE.

Apparently it is stuck in China cause i have to send a paper form, like the bill of the item. I can do it and I can also pay the taxes if needed but I dont know to who.. I dont have any contact. Could you help me please?
