I have a package this is listed as delivered but I never received it

Delivery number AS841428688CN shows as having been delivered on 2021-06-20 16:20. I never got the package. can you please give me the address that it was delivered to. Thank you. Gary Bennell

Hi GaryBennell,

I could only see it was delivered on June 20 in MISSISSAUGA,ONTARIO. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My package is currently listed as Returned. On 21 Jan 2021 it was listed as "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada". After four transfers, it is now listed as "Returned". Is my package still in China and has it been returned or is it in Canada and I should receive it soon?
