My package was reported as delivered July 4 but I have not received it. The shipping code is ZA00654231901. It is not with a neighbor, on my porch, in my mailbox, or any other obvious location. Can you tell me who made the delivery within the United States? Was it the US Postal Service? There is no record of my package on their online system if I use the same tracking number. What would you advise me to do? Thank you-

My package is currently listed as Returned. On 21 Jan 2021 it was listed as "International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada". After four transfers, it is now listed as "Returned". Is my package still in China and has it been returned or is it in Canada and I should receive it soon?
