I have not received my package from China

My package supposedly arrived in Toronto on Oct. 29, 2021 but I have not received anything. The tracking # I received is : AQ487634226CN but Canada Post cannot use this number because it is from China. They cannot help me at all. I don't know where my package is, if it is indeed in Toronto, and I don't know where or who to ask.
Please help me to find it.

I've received an email informing me of my package that was transported from China do Lisbon Portugal.
In your site says my package arrived at the destination, but I havent received any message, email, call or any form of contact in order to deliver my package.
