I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL BUT i HAVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING IT WAS DELIVERED

An email for tracking parcels says I have had a parcel delivered yesterday at 4.07pm To date I have received nothing. How can I find out which carrier delived it so I can chase?

I have received an email confirming that my order with tracking number LT537403443CN was sent by EMS since 12/2/16. Hi, my parcel RT181877323SG was held up at china post office and the merchant that was going to received said that the item required a tax. I have enquired from singpost that registered parcel does not required a tax and i have declared the tax payment on the parcel itself. Please reply asap. Thank you. My number is +65 93864240.
