I need a refund ordered package never received it.

Hi ordered package on Dec 9 2024.never got it. There's discrepancies with shipper. Their offering 30-80% refund but nothing more. The carriers FedEx, USPS, Post Office & DHL have no record of this item. So how was it delivered? AM604263471CN. Seller is Swqqashop. Thank you have a blessed day Vivian.
