never received my package

I ordered something months ago my tracking number is ls337335734cn. I have no idea how to get it to me and everyone I try to contact has no response. Can chinapost help me get a refund?

Hi josalen,

According to the tracking information, It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on July 3. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
