Hi imma,

You need to contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice to sumbit the invoice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

For my parcel (China to The Netherlands) number: CY027440845CN I get this message:
Overseas imports retained by Customs for inspection (customs declaration lost/not applicable)
Checked with my supplier and got the invoice. But now I don't know what company to contact and provide the invoice. Dutch customs can't do anything if I don't know what company will take over the package from China Post and deliver it to me. Can you please tell me what company should take over the delivery of the package in The Netherlands so I can give them the invoice? Thank you kindly.
