I need to locate my package

My tracking number is LY492940590CN
It says it was processed through CHINA, FUZHOU and that Origin Post is preparing the shipment but it has not moved since the 15th. What does this mean? Where is the package and how long will it take to get to the United States?

It's still stuck at Shanghai Exchange Station now. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update for it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to refleft the problem and get a solution as soon as possible,

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks.
