I paid for fast shopping on my PANDABUY HAUL using GD-Ems for to Ireland it says 10-15 days. It’s been over 27 days and is still in china and waiting for it back come to Ireland for quite some time. Thr tracking number is EB790366196CN

Paid for the more expensive option of gd-ems for delivery, expecting to get it within 2 weeks. Its now hit the 2 week mark and no sign. Getting so frustrated and its quite a valuable package. Can anyone offer any insight? My tracking is EB812848348CN
