I was supposed to receive two packages AM695868784CN AM695882622CN and checked it says delivered but I have not received them

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking numbers in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
